As the CPU support list of the new MSI board, 790GX-G65, reveals, AMD's Athlon II X4 series, still unpublished by now, but certainly including the models Athlon II X4 600e and Athlon II X4 605e, will contain Athlon II X4 620 and Athlon II X4 630 later.
So we have the following summary for the unpublished AMD Athlon II X4 series:
|.||II X4 600e||II X4 605e||II X4 620||II X4 630|
|Technique||45 nm||45 nm||45 nm||45 nm|
|Core frequency||4x 2,2 GHz||4x 2,3 GHz||4x 2,6 GHz||4x 2,8 GHz|
|L2-Cache||4x 512 KiB||4x 512 KiB||4x 512 KiB||4x 512 KiB|
|TDP||45 Watt||45 Watt||95 Watt||95 Watt|
The two "e"-processors feature a TDP decreased to 45 watt, which is possible due to less frequency and voltage. The next processors are ought to have a 95 watt TDP and run with up to 2.8 GHz per core. Each core will be able to access 512 KiB; a L3-Cache is missing. A supposed die-shot of the Propus core is circulating, too.
The updated CPU support list also contains the not yet published processors Athlon II X2 235e/240e, Athlon II X3 400e/405e, Phenom II X2 545, Phenom II X3 700e/740 and Phenom II X4 805/810/900e/910/925/965 BE. It is interesting that the Phenom II X4 965 BE is now running with 140 instead of 125 watt TDP.
